Hi, I'm Jamie.
I'm an integrative psychotherapist from Toronto, Canada living in London, England. I trained psychodynamically but I ultimately take a client-led approach to provide what best suits your needs. I am experienced in both short- and long-term work. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or want to know a bit more about me or my approach.
I completed my MA in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy at Goldsmiths, University of London (2022). I am also a Certified Addictions Counsellor (2020) and hold a BA in Psychology (2019).
